DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes, we recommend it at least 3 days before you use the device. Shipping takes 3 days. Our stock is limited in some time.
IS THERE ANY CHARGE OF CANCELLATION?
No cancellation fee before 4 days, But 100 % cancellation fee occour when we pocess credit card paymanet and shipping on 3 days before you receive the rental package.
SHALL I RECEIVE ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER I MADE A RESERVATION FROM ONLINE?
We will send you a reservation confirmation email. So please add reserve@air-s.biz to your contacts. If you don't receive emails, Please contact us.
DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA BASIC CHARGES?
We don't receive any charges but list prices.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PICK-UP / RETURN PROCESS?
It takes a few minutes in case of receiving at post office. No time require to drop at post box for return.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN I HAVE TROUBLE?
Please contact us as soon as possible. According to the circumstance, we will send you a replacement.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY SCHEDULE CHANGES?
The rental charge is not refundable even though you return early. Please be forewarned. If you would like to extend, please call or email us, there is no additional charge. (Just rental fee and optional fee)
HOW DO I PAY?
Rental fee ... On our website, you will pay the rental charge and optional charge, and if you rent SIM card with voice you will pay the additional charge next month.
CAN I PAY IN CASH?
Yes, but we will receive deposit of 30,000 yen or credit card details.
WHEN CAN I GET A PHONE NUMBER?
Let you know by email about 5 days before you reserve the items. Right before you come, we tell you in the reservation confirmation.
CAN I RECEIVE INTERNATIONAL CALLS WITH "PLAN DOMESTIC"?
Yes can only only outgoing outgoing calls you can receive both domestic and international calls for free.
CAN I PAY BY DEBIT CARD?
If there is a Visa / Master sign on your card, you can use it. But deposit is required.
CAN I USE VOICEMAIL?
Yes. You can use it for free but you have to switch as manner mode to receive voicemail.
CAN I USE A CALLING CARD WITH YOUR CELL PHONE?
It may works if the card is for cell phone. But you may be charged the outgoing.
